458074 - Make Today Pane display mode selectable from menu View -> Today Pane

I have seen several reports where users complained about the Today Pane, naming Bug 456752 as one example. Reason is that users don't notice the small < and > buttons on the Today Pane that can be used to switch the display mode between "Events and Tasks", "Events only" or "Tasks only". In fact this buttons are not visible in some custom themes at all.

I suggest to extend the existing menu entry View -> Today Pane with a 

 (*) Show Events and Tasks
 ( ) Show Events only
 ( ) Show Tasks only

selection. This would also make the display mode selection accessible, adding access keyword.

In fact this happens to me with the current Thunderbird nightly on a fresh install of TB3 and Lightning 1.0pre!

So I highly support this request.
