We've mentioned this a lot, but it doesn't seem to be filed. We should add the ability to re-arrange tabs via drag-drop in the Tabsposé view.
And those rearrangements should apply when exiting Tabsposé as well, since otherwise I don't think this makes much sense.

While we never actually said in discussing it that we wanted to actually rearrange tabs, rather than pointlessly rearranging an ephemeral UI construct, I assume that's what we all meant.
This bug has been buried in the graveyard and has not been updated in over 5 years. It is probably safe to assume that it will never be fixed, so resolving as WONTFIX. [Mass-change filter: graveyard-wontfix-2014-09-24]
