ALL BOOKMARKS LOST on the upgrade... my wife is really ticked..  all the backup bookmark files are gone... very bad bug for people like her, who will go back to IE if this happens again... please help... I don't want to go back.  thanks  Dave

ALL BOOKMARKS LOST on the upgrade... my wife is really ticked..  all the backup

This is a major error from her perspective... and from a PR perspective it's bad news to do an upgrade and lose ALL bookmarks including the backup files..  why would anyone blow away a backup bookmark file?

Firefox is great!   Best thing ever from my perspective... Dave

Bugzilla is for requesting changes to the code in Firefox, even if there's a
code change to fix your problem you'll have to wait for the update. Support can
fix many problems users are having the same day.
