As part of a larger effort to produce Moziila-wide public activity feeds, create a firehose feed for all public bug activity on bugzilla.mozilla.org

Step back a little, I am asking for general advice/help on the entire process, not the actual creation of the bugzilla user, etc.

Once there user gets set up, then what?  Any tips or suggestions?

You parse the mail as it arrives... you can look at mozbot's perl code or bugbot's python code for parsing the mail. Is there something in particular you are wanting to know about bugmail?
