Test:
 1) Go to firefox.com with a pt-PT language browser (ex: Firefox)
 2) Get redirected to http://www.mozilla-europe.org/pt-PT/firefox/
 3) Get a document not found error

Should be:
 1) Go to firefox.com with a pt-PT language browser (ex: Firefox)
 2) Get redirected to http://www.mozilla-europe.org/pt/firefox/
 3) Download Firefox
Also affects http://www.mozilla.com/firefox
