45893 - Unable to Add Mailing list to a Mailing list.

Say I have two mailing lists (workfriends, schoolfriends). I want to create a 
one more new list (say friends) and add those two mailing lists (and maybe some 
more entries).  Right now _only the description_ of the mailing lists are added 
to the new mailing list (friends). 

Solns and issues: 
1. We can add the mailing lists to the new list and then parse the mailing lists 
while sending the message.  What happens if the user deletes one of the mailing 
list (say A)? Maybe we should delete this list from all other lists that 
contains this list A.

2. Maybe we can parse the mailing list (B) while adding to another list(A)?
What happens if the list B is changed at a later time? (I personally prefer 
solution 1 over 2.) 

3. Important case to consider while implementing and testing: 
      What happens if there is a 'cycle' in the lists? (List A contains List B 
and List B contains List A).

I also prefer solution 1 and in regards to 3: restrict adding A to B if B is 
already added to A, and vice-versa.
