It looks like this page is calling location.replace from javascript multiple times... Somewhere during the load the load group is cancelled and the images associated with the page are not being loaded or rendered...
Along the way, you may notice that the gfx scrollbars are ~4px wide on the page. That is already filed as bug #42974.
