See testcase, the testcase uses enhanced privileges to highlight the difference between the testcase (left) and the reference.

As you can see, when you run the testcase, the difference is shown on the edge of the elements.

When zooming in on the border-radius testcase, I noticed that the edge of the border shows green colors (I'll attach a screenshot of this). That seems incorrect behavior to me.

But that's not the only reason why testcase and reference show a difference. The reference seems to have a lighter edge than the testcase itself.
Ok, using -moz-background-clip: padding; fixes the use of lime background-color at the edge of the border. But it still doesn't make the test and reference identical in rendering.
