I wouldn't ever implement anything like nsIDOMCustomEvent.
Do we have to care about sdk: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=124990&mark=33#c33 ?
Maybe not, because the interface wasn't anyway implemented.
