One of the current topcrashers for 3.0.3 is the signature OfficeAV.dll@0x5606. (topcrash #10 today) OfficeAV.dll belongs to Norton Antivirus. Version informtaion from the reports for this .dll is : OfficeAV.dll 15.0.0.58 Full stack Trace : 0 OfficeAV.dll OfficeAV.dll@0x5606 1 CCL70U.DLL CCL70U.DLL@0x3d6f0 2 CCL70U.DLL CCL70U.DLL@0x3d716 3 msvcr80.dll msvcr80.dll@0x2a46 4 ntdll.dll ntdll.dll@0x7cfec 5 ntdll.dll ntdll.dll@0x7d1fe Example comments: "Downloads make my Firefox crash, always" "Downloaded another Word 2003 document. Crashes on the virus scan." "Downloaded a word document from my e-mail and everything closed!!!!" "Downloading something, it finishes and FireFox restarts. I am getting fed up with this, any more I will take FireFox off from all my computers no matter if those are working better then this one!" I don't think that this is our fault but we should contact Norton for this crash.
