Selecting Sidebar Directory... in the Tabs dropdown menu in Sidebar opens the page in a new Window. This is regardless of the tabbing options set in Preferences->Navigator->Tabbed Browsing->Link Open Behavior set to "A new tab in the current window"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set Preferences->Navigator->Tabbed Browsing->Link Open Behavior to "A new tab in the current window."
2. Open the sidebar
3. Select Sidebar Directory... in the Tabs dropdown menu
Actual Results:  
The link opens in a new window.

Expected Results:  
The link opens in a new tab in the current window.
I am confirming this bug for SeaMonkey 1.1.12 and trunk version.
