The description stays for far too long and is extremely annoying. FF2 didn't have this annoyance. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open any site 2. Try dragging the url icon on to the bookmarks toolbar 3. The darned pop-up description gets in the way and you can't see where you're going.
