I can login to my online banking fine and everything seems to work until I go
to pay bills. After logging in, I can select the "Bill Payment" option and it
goes to the next page fine. However, the next step is to select "View and Pay
Bills". When I click that, instead of going to my screen to pay bills, it goes
back to a login screen. If I enter my username and password again it states
that I am already logged in to the system. I have to switch to Internet
Explorer to pay bills now. This problem has just started since I upgraded to
the newest version of Firefox....my previous version worked fine with all
aspects of my online banking.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to https://www.personalbankingacu.org/onlineserv/HB/Signon.cgi,
then login.
2.Select "Bill Payment" on the next screen
3.Select "View and Pay Bills" on the next screen.
Actual Results:
After selecting "View and Pay Bills" I am sent back to a login screen as
opposed to my list of bills so that I can actually pay bills.
Expected Results:
It should have taken me to a page to pay my bills.
using original theme, no special add-ins. Online banking works fine with Firefox 2. I am reverting back to Firefox 2 until you get this fixed. Cannot use Firefox 3 until this has been resolved.

Near impossible to investigate because you need an Account there and it doesn't mean that this is our fault.
Have you contacted the site owner ?
Yes, according to the Alliance IS group, Firefox is not allowing proper connection to cfbillpay41.digitalinsight.com which is the billpayer account
this worked just fine with Firefox 2, what has changed? Please don't tell me that the problem is with the Alliance site. I am sure that the problem is in FireFox 3

That Firefox2 works doesn't mean that it's a bug in Firefox3. It could be of course a bug but it must not be.
What I can not understand is that they didn't created a bug here with the technical information that we need because you can not give us the information and we can not investigate it without Account. Only they are in the position to resolve this.

The difference between Firefox2 and Firefox3 are 3 years (!) of development with thousand of changed lines in the source-code.
You can only check the firefox safemode to be sure that this is not caused by an addon: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode

Ok, I started Firefox 3 in safemode and had the same problem with my online banking. I took 2 screen shots that may help troubleshoot the problem. I have added them to the Attachments section. According to the bug log I am not the only one with this problem, so please don't dismiss me. I will work with you to help resolve the problem in any way I can. I prefer to stay with Firefox as my web browser.
This is a screen shot taken in Firefox safemode. To provide site information to help troubleshoot a problem
