Attachment: Beta 1 start page files.

When we did the last release, we formulated a start page for beta 1. I never actually put it on the website (it didn't seem appropriate) so here are the files ready for next time.

Is there any reason the process of getting this up to the web site can't be started? It will only be seen by people running a version of TB that pulls the right page, correct? Shredder doesn't try to load this page currently, or does it?

As far as I know, Shredder doesn't hit that page until it will be an officially branded beta1 build, so should be safe from that respect. Of course, anybody who knows it's there would be able to see it.

The start page is now on the staging site, at http://stage.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/thunderbird/3.0b1/start/

This is what we were proposing for beta 1 the last time. I'll push it to production tomorrow or Tuesday unless I get any comments. We can always change it before we release and it'll be there for the QA testing.

The initial version is now on production so we have something for testers. Filing bug for redirects (see deps list).
