Details
Crash on startup (Google desktop, extensions), crash on exit (Extensions, security software), crash on downloading (AV software, extensions), crash when loading specific pages (extensions, plugins, virus), general crashing. This will hopefully make it easier for users with specific known crashes to find the case they're looking for.

This should also include a guide to how to tell which type of crash you're having. Many users don't describe very well the difference between a hang and a crash, and whether Firefox is crashing on startup or if it's crashing after a few minutes of crashing "it crashes right away" and "the page never loads, it just crashes"

Names: - Firefox crashes when you open it - Firefox crashes when you exit it - Firefox crashes when trying to download a file - Firefox crashes when loading certain pages "General crashing" seems like it belongs in the parent article.

http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Firefox+crashes+sandbox (new Firefox crashes article) http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Firefox+crashes+when+you+open+it http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Firefox+crashes+when+loading+certain+pages http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Firefox+crashes+when+trying+to+download+a+file http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Firefox+crashes+when+you+exit+it In addition to breaking up the article, I went through and updated all the advice, tracked down bugs for new crashes that we didn't have a cause for before and generally tried to cram as much info in as possible. Some of it may need to be taken out.
Marking FIXED for preliminary eval. I'm sure there's a lot of polish needed.

Reviewed, and moved to KB. - One title had a space at the end. (the editor opened "Firefox+crashes+when+you+open+it+" - Don't leave a space before headings Good: !Heading Bad: ! Heading The TOC links end up with a space at the beginning of the anchor, if you do that. (e.g. articlename#_Heading) - Don't forget about "Is my Firefox problem a result of malware". :-) - Links to other articles that are not case-sensitive may cause problems.

Man, I wish wikimarkup was more forgiving of spaces. I thought article titles weren't case sensitive. (or was that mediawiki?)
