For l10n builds/repacks, it's necessary to have the wget-en-US make target to retrieve last night's en-US nightly. mail/ and suite/ have already ported this feature, calendar/ is still missing it.

maybe a stupid question: who's supposed to set this variable EN_US_BINARY_URL?
i remember there were problems passing DISABLE_LIGHTNING_INSTALL to "real" makefiles from mozconfig...

Buildbot does it directly when running that make target, i.e.

http://mxr.mozilla.org/build-central/source/buildbot-configs/thunderbird/mozillal10n.py#327

So it's not going to be an issue
