The page does not display properly because it isn't written properly. They
declare conformance to HTML 4.0 Transitional, but in fact they are not. Write
the webmaster.
It seems worse than that. Much of the content is missing. This is a result of
the transitional DTD putting this page into a stricter parsing mode. Marking
this bug a duplicate of bug 42388 since that's where all the rest are going.

The bug this has been marked a dupe of is now FIXED, and I'm not seeing a
problem on the URL anymore. Verified dupe.
