I don't get either assertion. Did your build have the patch for bug 458493 in it?

Dunno, but retesting in a newer build, I only see:
###!!! ASSERTION: GetPrimaryFrameFor() called while frames are being destroyed!: '!mIsDestroyingFrames', file /Users/jruderman/central/layout/base/nsFrameManager.cpp, line 328
and no crash.
Maybe the remaining assertion is covered by bug 459666? Odd that I see it and you don't.

I'll retest for the assertion (and check in a crashtest if it's gone) once bug 459666 is fixed.
