After clicking the lock icon in the lower right corner of browser to get information about possible encryption of the http(s) connection one can afterward click button "View cookies". After clicking that the above message is logged. I do not see any wrong characters in the description of the X11 window: "Cookie Manager".

"Browser:Cookies" is Firefox only. SeaMonkey uses "mozilla:cookieviewer"

Performing the STR I see nothing in the Error Console with either a current SM 2.0 nightly -> WFM. If you can still reproduce the problem, please specify your SM version, OS/distribution and visited page.
