I've experienced the problem under Windows XP and Fedora 9 running Firefox 2 and Firefox 3. When I am accessing a DoD Outlook Web Access (OWA) site using my CAC card it correctly prompts me for the pin number for the CAC card certs and the properly asks me to select the proper certificate to use. Afterwards it will ask me for the proper certificate every time it loads an icon or if I move about within OWA.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a CAC OWA site.
2. Enter PIN number.
3. Select proper certificate.
Actual Results:
I am asked for the proper certificate upon loading all the icons and when ever I access any other part of OWA.
Expected Results:
Used the already selected certificate.

Okay, I found my own solution as I had messed up something...
If anyone is having this same problem go to the Advanced tab in the Preferences. Under "Certificates" select "Select one automatically".
