462305 - Lots of warning messages in Error Console when in offline mode

I have a google calendar subscribed to via gdata provider. When I use Thunderbird in offline mode, the error console is getting filled up with messages:

Warning: There has been an error reading data for calendar: MoMo.  However, this error is believed to be minor, so the program will attempt to continue. Error code: READ_FAILED. Description: 

(sometimes this has null on the end).

Given that we're in offline mode and hence known the connection is not available, I don't think we should be putting out these warnings.

There has been a major rewrite of the Provider for Google Calendar between version 0.32 and 1.0. A vast number of bugs have been fixed during this rewrite, therefore I am closing lots of old bugs that I think might either be fixed or no longer apply to the latest version.

Please read the updated FAQ [1] for details on known issues. If you can reproduce your issue with the latest version of the Provider for Google Calendar and you can't find an existing bug that handles your case, please reopen this issue.
