User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US; rv:1.9.0.3) Gecko/2008093007 Gentoo Firefox/3.0.3 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US; rv:1.9.0.3) Gecko/2008093007 Gentoo Firefox/3.0.3 I have iframe in HTML document. Iframe uses DOM variable document.referrer to get URL of its parent. This works fine. But if I simulate browser crash by killing Firefox and then start Firefox again and make it open last opened pages, this variable is empty. F5 refresh doesn't help. I have to close the page and open it again (e.g. from Bookmarks), then it works. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open document including iframe which need document.referrer variable 2. Kill Firefox 3. Start Firefox again and let it load last opened documents 4. document.referrer of iframe is empty

Is this reproducible in Firefox 3.5?

You might want to check 3.6 as well, since bug 491168 was fixed for that version.
I would like to config this problem has been already fixed as described. Tested in latest stable Firefox as well as Firefox 4 Beta 6. I suggest to close this ticket.
