clear authenticated sessions automatically when browsing history or cookies are cleared

Details
The "active logins" item in the Clear Private Data options is meaningless to users and will be removed. In the long run we should have a primary UI way to "logout" of websites that will disconnect these / invoke the website's logout method / etc, but since that's pretty far off now, we should interpret certain actions as meaning "disconnect from site X"
When a user:
- clears their browsing history
- clears their cookies
we should automatically disconnect authenticated sessions as part of either of those actions.
