There's a related issue that if two geolocation requests are fired at the same time, for example a watchPosition and getCurrentPosition, only the first will get a permission request.
The second request appears to be dropped silently.

I'm assuming that a fix for this bug will also fix this issue.

It may also be useful to remember the permission for the length of a particular session by default, a checkbox giving longer-term permission.
thomas, we dropped silently -- but we fail that request.
