"Printing" window appears followedy by the Print dialog

Build 2000-07-24-09M17: NT4, Mac 9.04, Linux 6.0
Overview: Select Edit|Print and an extra window appears, followed with the Print
dialog.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Select a message in the thread pane
2. Select File|Print
Actual Results: A window titled "Printing" appears, followed by the Print
dialog. The "Printing" window includes the contents of the current message.
I can print the message or close out of all the dialogs without a problem.
Expected Results: Only the Print dialog should appear.
I think Rich had a bug on this filed by Fenella where he explained the necessity
of this window? I don't remember exactly though.

Unfortunately, we need a window to print from...it would be nice to push this
offscreen, but I am unable to do that because of the issues discussed in
Bug #31516.
