Overview: With Multiple News Message selected, its context menu should appear 
as:

Forward as Attachments
------------------------
Copy To >
Print...
Cancel
------------------------
Add Sender to Address Book
Add All to Address Book

For the product to match the spec the following should occur:

1. Change
a. "Forward" should state "Forward as Attachment"
b. "Delete" should state "Cancel"

2. Remove
a. Move To >

3. Add
a. Add Sender to Address Book (depends on bug# 10860)
b. Add All to Address Book (depends on bug# 10860)
