There seem to be some issues with the printer setup dialog.
You may notice that we have margin settings in both dialogs in Gtk+,
this at least needs to be resolved (I suspect it means I have to take
out the cool little margin setting widgets from the Gtk+ print dialog
Also, the print setup dialog doesn't seem to being layed out right
(notice the margins are clipped on the right; same problem exists on
Windows too). This may work itself out as the cross platform UI takes
shape.

Sdy.. can you look at this.. just use the margins in the PS file that your
dialog captures..

I've got some patches still to add, before Friday, I promise. Then Don has some
things to do to get the top margin to display right.
