/editworkflow.cgi show all possible state transformation but they are not in the config.

For support the custom status workflow within Mylyn we need these information in the config. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run /config.cgi?ctype=rdf
2. look in the resultfile and you did not find any information for the status workflow

Max, we shouldn't mark this bug as a dupe. The other bug mentions "webservice or XML", and assuming we finally follow the "webservice" path only, this part about config.cgi would be omitted. IMO, that's two separate bugs, and yours should be renamed to focus on webservice only. Is that fine for you?

config.cgi would be the "XML" part of the duplicate bug.
