The Formatted option wraps stuff in a <pre/>, but because the dropdown doesn't display the text as preformatted, it was completely non-obvious to me that that was what I wanted to achieve that formatting; I'd been dropping to Source view to handle this before learning that this was the menu item I wanted.  The text should be preformatted so it looks like what it does.
