This two changes need to be reverted for [cy] to be able to opt in for fx31 beta2.

Additionally, in region.properties "Gmail" should be called "Google Mail".

Patch. Axel, can you look at this? I didn't change 
gecko.handlerService.defaultHandlersVersion=2
because changes to handlers' names aren't picked up anyways, so "Google Mail" will only show up in new profiles. We'll have "Gmail" in profiles created in 3.0.4, sadly.

I'm going to land this patch now and opt in for beta2 on behalf of David and Dewi.

Did you check that we wouldn't pick up new handler names? If so, please file a bug on that.
