464490 - close-small and page-starred backgrounds don't match

Bug 462771 landed new images that don't use transparency, but that causes a couple of problems:

-close-small is actually used on two different backgrounds
-page-starred background doesn't match middle part of navigation_url_caps and
doesn't fit in when selected

We should probably just revert these to being transparent - I guess I can probably just use the old images?

reverted these two images, as well of the close tab image which also lost its transparency.

THis is being implemented a bit differently now. Either way, the backgrounds are all like now.
