You're receiving this email because about:rights is partially translated and the rest is in English.  Please let us know in this bug if you plan to keep the rest of about:rights section untranslated.  We will need to hear if you intend to translate these strings or if you want your locale to contain the en-US strings for about:rights.  

When/if you have finished your translation, please create a patch for about:rights and ask for approval to land it for FF 3.0.5.

Current status:
Intentionally keep term of service part as in English for Fx3.1b2.
We have draft translation but not in hg yet.

Plan:
Will review/polish translation next week (after developer conference in japan).
# until around Nov. 21 is just our initial plan ;)

I have now landed the en-US version for 3.0.5, but we're still having a small window 'til the end of the week to take patches to update those with translated versions.
