46463 - recipient names and subject text disappear after addressing pane is hidden

The recipient names and subject text disappear when the addressing pane is 
hidden and then brought back. In the case of replying to a message (as opposed 
to composing a new one), however, the subject line disappears but not the 
recipients' names.

observed with 2000-07-25-08 build
 
Steps to reproduce:
1. File->New->Message
2. enter some addresses into the To: fields
3. enter some text in the Subject: line.
4. hide the addressing pane 
5. bring it back.

the recipients and subject line disappear.

btw, hide address page is click the minimize-type bar to the left of the
From/To/Subj fields

This is a duplicate bug of collapsing the addressing pane and having recipients
disappear.  I'll go find it.
