In trying to figure out how to get a connection to the Windows address book, I noticed that the wab DLL registry key was %CommonProgramFiles%\System\wab32.dll, which should be expanded to C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\wab32.dll (at least on my laptop). nsWabAddressBook needs to be calling ExpandEnvironmentStrings on the registry value before calling LoadLibrary.
