STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

- create an recurring event and invite an attendee
- attendee accepts the recurring event
- attandee deletes a single occurenc of this rule via context menu

RESULT:
=======

- the Organizer gets no notification eMail

EXPECTED RESULT:
================

- the organizer should get a event cencelation mail


REPRODUCIBLE:

- always

Deleting the whole recurrence rule works and the organizer gets a notification eMail.

Proposed patch, needs further testing.

This should also fix to send out CANCEL messaging (instead of RE-REQUESTing) in case the organizer deletes a single occurrence of a series. IIRC Ludovic has posted that bug already, but I can't find it.
