If a user has more than eight bookmarks in Fennec, there is no way to access them. The Bookmarks UI only shows eight items and cannot be scrolled. A ninth bookmark (or more) is off of the screen and cannot be selected. Steps to Reproduce 1. Add nine bookmarks to a clean fennec (or a ninth to an existing install) 2. Try to access the ninth bookmark in the Bookmarks UI. Result: You cannot even see the ninth bookmark so it is not selectable by the user. This was seen in Stuart's 11/12 build.

This is a problem with drag-panning in XUL lists. The code that handled dragging in the content area isn't active for chrome. I'm working on this.
