This bug is to remove nsAbOutlookCard in favor of having nsAbOutlookDirectory create raw nsAbCardProperty objects. This is needed as part of step 0, as detailed in http://quetzalcoatal.blogspot.com/2008/10/mailing-list-sanity.html.
The attached patch removes the file. Tested to work properly with Windows Contacts on Vista; should work on Outlook and Outlook Express.
May need my patch on bug 459956 to apply properly.

Removes nsAbOutlookCard
warning: 7 lines add whitespace errors.
(7 lines remove whitespace errors, so I guess these are copied lines.)
