When restarting firefox with many saved tabs (17 in this case), each tab required the same uid and pwd entered (17 times!) for proxy authentication.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open multiple tabs from behind proxy
2.Close browser
3.Reopen
Actual Results:  
17 password boxes and focus kept jumping between the boxes as the proxy requests were received, so that in the middle of typing focus moved to the next password boxes.  The task bar tab also flashed in an irritating manner the whole time.

Expected Results:  
Performed as normal

Taken the first proxy authentication request and if valid, used for all the rest.

Also all my add-ons disappeared - IE tab, firebug, noscript (?)
