Details
First time you launch Navigator, your cookies are not loaded for the first page
you view. If you reload or go to another page, it works as it should.
repro:
- go to my.netscape.com
- personalize a page so that it recognizes you.
- mark this page as your home page
- quit mozilla, install a new version, and launch
what should happen:
- my netscape launches as your home page, personalized to you
what does happen:
- my netscape launches as your home page, but gives you the generic,
uncustomized page. If you reload the page, you get the personalized version.

Although I haven't investigated this particular case, it is probably another
example of a cache problem (similar to 46514) rather than a cookie problem.
Reassigning to Neeti. If I'm wrong, then assign it back to me and I'll
investigate further.
