However, it is possible to drag the link onto the top of the tabbar (so it's kind of overlapping with the bookmarks toolbar), although if you're not careful this can add it as a bookmark.

Also the D&D indicator seems to flicker wildly as you move the mouse cursor over the junction between bookmarks toolbar and the tabbar. Is this the part of the same issue or worth opening a new bug?

Will this also fix the problem of not being able to drag a bookmark from the bookmark toolbar and drop it into the tabbar ?  I see the 'no' symbol and cannot drop the bookmark.

Appears this patch is totally freezing the browser when any attempt at dragging anything is tried.  Receive a 'slow script warning' dialog box but the browser is frozen, not responding - have to kill it with Task Manager. 

Tested used the latest hourly build, but had to fall back to another build.
