465497 - Wait for AUS to notice new snippets before testing them

Attachment: Wait 3 minutes after pushing snippets live

AUS has a 2 minute timeout on the NFS caching for the snippet store, so even though we fixed bug 430737 we can still get our update verify failing the first few locales. This patch should mitigate that by forcing a 3 minute wait after calling pushsnip. Strictly we don't need to wait that long because other tasks will consume some time but a three minute wait plays it safe. Untested, but simple enough.
