nsSecureBrowserUIImpl should post notificaitons instead of posting XUL Embedding needs to have this abstracted so that others may use cartman. It is currectly tied too closely with the navigator.xul window. This also benefits the many xul authors out there: Aphrodite, sullivan, ect.
