layout/reftests/text/justification-1.html fails on my Mac (a PPC mac running 10.4), though not on the tinderbox, due to subpixel positioning errors. This patch fixes them by using zero width spaces in the reference instead of <wbr> elements, which I presume causes things to be in a single text run rather than separate ones, which thus matches the test.
