Another suite of quick-running ActionScript benchmarks, but not as quick as Sunspider.  Typed and untyped versions both.

Four issues to resolve before they can go in:

* Some run in 0 time, likely a bug
* Some crash
* The programs do not check the computed result
* License compatibility needs to be verified.  Some of these are explicitly licensed under a very liberal (BSD? MIT?) license, others have no license information at all so far but authorship is often recorded.

Tamarin is a dead project now. Mass WONTFIX.

Tamarin isn't maintained anymore. WONTFIX remaining bugs.
