Every time after starting Firefox, if I click the bookmark menu before doing anything else e.g. viewing a page, it will try to bookmark the current blank page(my homepage).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Run Firefox
2.Click the Bookmark menu

Actual Results:  
Firefox tries to add a new blank bookmark.

Expected Results:  
Shows the bookmark list.

I don't find this problem in the English version.
