I think this would be a nice option to have in Firefox. It could be a check-box on the right side of the "find" bar that pops up, next to "match case." When a match is made, the photo could be highlighted by dimming the rest of the page. I really hope this is considered, I don't think it'd take *too* much extra work to implement :) Reproducible: Always
Also, if no alternate text was assigned to the images, search using the images' file-names. (Not sure how to edit my original description to include this)
