Make it easier to restore collapsed sidebar by adding a grippy to the splitter
I have seen several reports of users that collapsed the sidebar in Sunbird, forgot it and later didn't know how to restore the calendar list or task list. This could be improved by adding a grippy to the splitter that gives a visual feedback of existent but collapsed content. In addition the patch removes the obsolete css rules that have no effect.
