repro:
open a FF window with a few tabs
drag a tab off with a page that uses a favicon (bugzilla will do fine)

result:
a new window with the tab opens
both the locationbar and tab show the generic favicon not the one belonging to the page

Is this essentially not a dupe of bug 449730?
Actually yeah, other duplicate bugs of that are the same as this.
