When i use firefox i visite on neopets.com for changing my text colours into green or other colours, i saw a bug don't disappear since one mounth -_-', i try to writing with the people who need help how, send my text on forum and my text didn't appear on forum from neopets.com...

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open firefox
2. typing "www.neopets.com" for visiting in neoboards
3. MY TEXT DISAPEAR AFTER I VISITED FOR CHAGING MY COLOURS
Actual Results:  
When i try to change my text colours, a bug appear for nothing and i saw my text hide by a **** bug since one mounth and more...

Expected Results:  
I don't know its happen themselves

This bug report does not need to be kept hidden for security reasons.  I'm also not sure if the problem is on our end or neopets', but I am certain that being abusive about it is unlikely to make things go more quickly.

What steps do you go through to change your colors?

well, i mean "my text disapear after i send my message when my colours has been changed" sorry, i use colours code O_O...

I know you don't need hidden, but a bug hide my text and can't read my text, if my firefox are fine or not... :(

Now my firefox didn't fine because i got bug since one mounth and more... Can you help me how to fix a bug for return to normal without bug...

I'll explain how: 	
When I decided to dial the address in the address bar "neopets.com" I wanted to go change color to green instead of having a bad writing regular (black and thin) and preferably I click on that just a "neoboard" in not clicking on "neoboard" because the fact is small window appearance without clicking on "neoboard" and I clicked on "preference" for change the color of my text and use the code but I recognize, I didn't remember the name is "[center] [b] [fontc = # 006633s = 2] Alien said: [/ font] [/ b] [p] [fontc = # 99CC33s = 2] [b] neoHTML [/ b] [/ font] [/ center]" and I click on "send" to change my text into green instead of seeing my black text and thin ... A bug makes its appear on my eyes and I feel that my text will not display because of a bug that invade on the page from neopets.com ... AND I can't return to normal, I tried to close my firefox full and reopen again and see if the bug disappears. Once I'm on the better, I noticed a bug refuses to leave ... can I have an update for the bug to go... psh psh lol XD. Just for returning to normal without bug... 

If you can't see, its because neopets need to register for seeing neoboard on neopets.com or anything.

This is a mass search for bugs which are in the Firefox General component, are
UNCO, have not been changed for 500 days and have an unspecified version. 

Reporter, can you please update to Firefox 3.6.10 or later, create a fresh profile, http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/managing+profiles, and test again. If you still see the issue, please update this bug. If the issue is gone, please set the status to RESOLVED > WORKSFORME.

No reply from reporter, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.12 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
