1. Would be nice to have the ability to edit the server name (P4).
2. Group box around server options (P3)
3. "use secure connection", U should be capitalized. Remove period (.) from end 
of sentence. Is this items supposed to be here? (P5)
4. "Local" label should be moved a touch to the right over its text box (P5).
5. "Local directory" should say "Local mail directory". (P5)
6. "Local directory". Add a "Choose" button. (P5)
7. Right align "Advanced" button. (P5)
8. "When I delete a message", "Move it to the Trash fol..." text is cut off.

As you can see, this patch replaces the generic localPatch.label with
localMailPath.label and localNewsPath.label.  This will need to be changed in
http://lxr.mozilla.org/seamonkey/source/mailnews/base/prefs/resources/content/am-server.xul
in lines 183-187.
I think i'd like to put individual pop/imap/news servers onto different drives, 
can we do that? [if you don't want to do that here I can file another bug].
